Did You Know?

• The average home produces forty pounds of dust per year for every 1,500 square feet of living space

Electrostatic Filters
These do a slightly better job; they are 20% effective in removing dust and particles from the air, provided that they are rinsed off once a month. Because they can be cleaned and reused, they are more economical than disposable filters.

Media Filters
These filters are the top of the line throw away type filter. They are very effective in removing indoor airborne pollutants with no electricity. They have up to a MERV 16 rating, and get replaced bi-annually.

Electronic Air Cleaners These systems provide increased energy efficiency, prolonged AC equipment life and are 80% to 99.98% more effective in removing airborne pollutants than standard cardboard and electrostatic filters.

Whole House Energy Recovery Ventilator (ERV)
In the summer, warm fresh air passes near outgoing conditioned air, cooling it down. At no time does the stale and fresh air streams mix, instead they pass each other separated by thin walls that allow only the air’s energy to transfer, cutting your heating and cooling bills.
